While collecting them from grapes would be better, getting them home might be difficult, as the USDA inspector would destroy them. I suppose you might have to fall back on a simple wine yeast like Montrachet. Get a simple wine-making book, a crate of wine grapes, and follow the recipe. You don’t have to crush the wine with your feet; a 2×4 and a tub work well.
