Sauterenes – which should I substitute!?
Theres a recipe for ‘Honey Sauternes Jelly’ that I want to try as it will use up my apple glut!
Should I use a regular White Wine or fortified wine as a substitute? The recipe calls for 1 cup per 1kg of apples.
Try a cheaper new world sauvignon blanc or a Gewurztraminer
