Bottle of Wine as a Xmas gift for the Real Estate Agent – is it a bridge of interest?
I wonder if the bottle of wine/Gift Hamper sent to Real Estate agent / Strata Manager from a trader would be considered OK in Australia?
What if it is sent to the office in general?
We run a painting company and we have Agents and Managers as our ongoing clients. We thought to send them a bottle of wine this Xmas, to thanks for using our service. But I’m not sure if this will not consider being a bridge of interest.
They all are very responsible and honest people (yes, there is such thing as a honest real estate agent!). I wouldn’t wan to offend them, or lose a client
