i want to start selling wine goblets, and small shooter goblets in the brides choice of colors.?
i design goblets. the stem of the glass is wrapped and a stone of the bride’s wedding colors is then affixed to the stem. i am doing well in my own little neighborhood, but would like opinions from brides.
i have done one wedding where the bride ordered goblets for the head table at her wedding, and a set of glasses for each wedding party member as a thank you gift and then a 160 shooter size goblets as thank you Gifts for her guests. they looked great and the folks loved them. i’ve gotten sales from that,
but i am now lost as to where should i try to sell these? where will you go when you start planning your wedding?

Internet is great. Try to see if local consignment shops will let you post an ad as well as local bridal boutiques. Just before June and December (The two biggest weddings seasons of the year) purchase some ad space in the newspaper near the weddings section. This will catch the attention of brides.
Also try wine shops around time as well as catering places. You’ll really be at the mercy of the store owners but you never know who might say yes.
