Is wine better than champagne when it comes to pairing with foods?
I leave the pairing up to the experts. I do have what I enjoy at home and have a pretty good idea what I want when I dine out. If I am ambivalent, often am, I will ask the sommalier for a suggestion, they are well informed and will answer any question you ask. Have discovered a few more pleasures that way.
I like my White Wine crisp, my Red Wine full bodied and my dessert wine sweet.
